I totally understand what she is going through. I am expecting my first child in November and I have gained 50 pounds so far. It's difficult when you have people always making comments on your looks. I love junk food and I have been eatting a lot of it. Every day is a challenge. But I am looking forward to giving birth in November.

Congratulations Milla!!! She looks beautiful. Congratulations on telling the truth about the weight gain as well. A lot of women, especially celebrities are so hush hush on the weight gain and all the "extras" that come along with pregnancies. Unfortunately, I had gestational diabetes with both of my pregnancies and was only allowed a certain amount of weight gain. I gained 35 lbs with my first and 26 lbs with my second. My pregnancies were uneventful and both of my boys were born healthy. Oh yea, and my feet went from a size 8 1/2 to a 9 and never went back!

You go, girl! I'm 5'2" and 100lbs. I gained 65 lbs with my little boy! Over 1/2 my body weight! It was crazy...but I've always been underweight and was lucky to have a midwife who supported my weight gain and never shook her head or clucked her tongue when I got on the scale.

And yeah, nothing fit and I could barely wear my flip flops.

As long as you enjoy yourself and eat healthfully (and your doctor/midwife gives you the go-ahead) enjoy your pregnancy!!

BTW, I lost all the weight and then some in a year, thanks to breastfeeding, eating right, and being a preschool teacher!!

Can't wait to see Milla's little one...

how envious am i that she can eat peanut butter. I am from england and when you fall pregnant you are told to stear clear of peanuts, liver, soft cheeses, honey and pate. They all can have adverse reactions to the baby. Do you in america have no no foods when pregnant? or are we as a nation being nannyed to death!!!
