Cute babies! Although I find it interesting that the Nanny is the one kissing the baby in the above pic. (Still babies are so irresistable sometimes that you can’t help but kiss them!

Nannies (usually) love the kids too, it’s only natural to kiss and hug them when we spend so much time with them. (Sometimes I just can’t resist those chubby cheeks!)

I LOVE all the cute little shoes they wear!! They are having WAY too much fun with those sweet little girls!

As a nanny, I really do love and care deeply about the children I work with. Yes, this is my job and I do get paid to it, but that doesn’t mean I do the job for the money, I do it for the kids. I love them and love coming to work to spend time with them every day. I treat them like my own little brothers and sisters, its a very personal relationship. I’m glad to see nannies portrayed in a positive light in this photograph.

It always amazes me how Marica Cross makes the effort to protect her children from the sun. Here their arms and legs are covered and the faces are covered with a beautiful bonnet. Of course, Marcia is wearing a hat as well. There is clearly one family in LA striving to avoid getting skin cancer. Good for her.

I too notice she is teaching the girls EARLY about sun protection. Its important. My mother grw up in Australia and never cared for ehr skin. She now has tons of wrinkles and saggy skin (althought my mom is still beautiful!!) I just recently started using a high SPF dailyand im 27. Good for Marcia!

I love this family!!
both parents are so affectionate and hands on and they’ve now also clearly chosen a wonderful nanny!
whether you have family, friends, or someone you just hire watching your kids, you should all hope to have such a loving person doing the job.
Seriously…she clearly loves the girls like family and kids need all the love they can get!

She is really great for always remembering to cover up! I wonder if there is a history of skin cancer in the family? there is in mine and I am very cautious about it.
Who are the other women around and holding one of the babies? Does she have more than one nanny?

I think the reason she is covering her babies is that marcia herslef and the babies have a very pale skin and she got red hair, so they are probably very sensitive of the sun. There may be a cancer story in her family. It’s easy to get if u are exposed to the sun and have a fair pale skin.
