Jennifer Lopez on Good Morning America this morning; still no mention of pregnancy
CBB Readers Susan and KayKay wrote in to let us know about Jennifer Lopez’s appearance on Good Morning America this morning.

There was no confirmation on the pregnancy rumors from Jennifer Lopez while she performed this morning on Good Morning America. Although Diane Sawyer referred to rumors without ever saying "pregnancy", she said she would only ask Jennifer how she was doing. Jennifer said she was doing great and this was a great time in their life – with the new album and tour. As has been normal for Jennifer lately, she again had on a loose-fitting dress and looked great.

She was wearing a dress that did not show off her figure at all, speculating more towards hiding her bump.

Its weird because before Mark she was always open about everything after Mark she is closed about everything, because her relationship with Mark is thriving then I guess it is better for her to be closed.
It sucks for us, because I would love to enjoy her pregnancy with her(if she indeed is preggers) instead of this nonstop speculation.
With Halle Berry its fun, because she wanted it as long as Jennifer has wanted it and you get to sort of live the joyous moment with her.
Does any of this make sense?

Personally, I don’t see that celebrities have any obligation to announce their pregnancies to the world. So long as the people they care to know, know, why should they make an “official” announcement??? It’s nobody else business but their own.
I, like the next person, love to know for sure who is and who isn’t etc. but respect the fact that they don’t HAVE to let the world know. They’re not doing anything wrong.
Sorry to bleat but I have read other blogs lately chastizing people like Christina Aguilera for not announcing yet and “why doesn’t she as it’s so obvious” (not this site though) and I just don’t see why they should have to!!!!

You could hear Diane say in the background “Congratulations”. I was very disappoingted she didn’t say anything…what better platform than National TV! Time will tell.

I was watching gma this morning, and Diane gave her a hug on stage and told her congrats and Jennifer smiled and said thank you.

I totally agree, Annoyed. If it’s so obvious they are pregnant, then let them be pregnant in peace.

She’s def. pregnant.
And Diane Sawyer at one point leaned in all giddy and said, “I’m just so happy for you!” and hugged her although Jennifer only gave her like a side hug. It kinda looked like Diane wanted to hug her to feel the belly lol. But what would Diane need to be so happy about?! I personally think she told them but asked them not to speak of it. Her dress was very loose fitting but each time she turned sideways you could see the bump!
I say she’s pregnant and is 3-4 months.

I think she’s taking Christina’s cue and just not talking about it openly. Maybe she’s had some miscarriages or it was a very tedious round of in vitro that finally worked. Either way, it’s her choice. And….like a lot of people say, NOT talking about it keeps ya in the news!
I have visions of her running around two years from now with a toddler and still no official “word”. LoL! Some stars, not A list ones, do it that way!

I agree with you “Annoyed”, there is no reason why celebs should have to confirm events in their personal life. It will become completely obvious eventually so perhaps she doesn’t feel the need to make a big announcement – like Isla Fisher I think.

I’m watching David Letterman and she didn’t announce it. She’s still going to sing a song but I doubt she’ll announce it then.
It really seemed like Dave was stepping around the baby question. He really, really wanted to ask but I’m guessing he wasn’t allowed to ask.

If you watch the CNN interview when she was asked if the rumors were true she just lit up and smiled. If they were not true I don’t think she would have had that reaction. Anyway congrats to J-LO and Mark..
