"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

maybe i’m late to ask this, but she seems like she’s been pregnant forever! is she having twins? she’s looked 8 or 9 months pregnant for quite some time, maybe there’s something more in there :)

  2. Sadie Says:

Anything is possible! But I think it’s just because she is so short and has a smaller torso. Naomi Watts and Salma Hayek looked pretty big too, but taller women like Bridget Moynahan and Heidi Klum didn’t look so big.

  3. Iluvallbabies Says:

Um probably a really silly question, but I’ll ask it anyway!!

Do shorter/more petite women have smaller babies as there is less room to grow? And taller women have larger babies, as there is more room for the baby to grow?

I hope I dont regret asking this question! LOL.

  4. Philippa Says:

yeah i agree with you dee, she’s one of those women that seem to be pregnant forever.
    she looks good though!

  5. Beverley Says:

I don’t know about anyone else, but when I was this pregnant, the last thing I wanted to do was go out anywhere. I wanted to lie back with my feet up and do nothing. I see a picture of her out and about almost everyday. I was too exhausted to think about shopping or going out to eat. But I guess I was never worried about keeping my picture in the press either.

  6. Michelle Says:

I think she looks great! A lot of women show large. I’m pregnant now and due in early January and I had someone say to me the other day, “you better have that baby soon or he’s going to end up a 17 pounder”. That’s just rude.

  7. momof2 Says:

i don’t think that’s a silly question. But I think it has more to do with genetics than anything. OB’s and midwives often ask how big the parents were at birth. For instance I am 5′8″ & I was a 6 pounder at birth & my husband was a 4 lb preemie & my girls were 6lb 5 oz (and i was overdue) &
5 lb 11 oz. Hope that helps

  8. diana Says:

Please never ask a woman if she is pregnant with twins that is so incredibly rude. Seriously if one more person asks me that I will smack them. I swear people seem to think that they can say any rude comment they want about a woman’s weight when they are pregnant.

  9. Liza Says:

    Iluvallbabies-

    I think it depends-
I’m 5′4″, I looked just like Salma Hayek while pregnant and my first son was 9 pounds 2 1/2 weeks early, and my second was 8 and 1/2 pounds 3 weeks early. No diabetes, no complications, but my husband is 6′5 and was 10 pounds 2 ounces at birth.

My friend who is the same size was 9 days late had a baby who was 7lb 3 oz! You just never know!!!

  10. jules Says:

Not only is she very pregnant, this photo makes her look like she has four arms! :)

My husband is 6 feet 6 inches, and I am 5 feet 8. Our first was 5lbs. 11 oz, full term, and 21 inches long. The nurse took his measurements, looked at his dad, and said, “he’s built just like you, long and skinny.”

  11. PSB Says:

I’m barely over 5″ and had a really large baby (nearly 9lbs) for my height. No GD, and my husband and I both were normal sized babies. It’s definitely possible for short women to have large babies! I had no appetite at the end, because the baby was squishing my stomach – and it was getting really difficult to breathe. Also, my ribs stretched about 6″ larger than they were (from a 34 to a 40 bra band) to make room for the baby and never went entirely back. You tall women are so lucky!

I can really sympathize with Isla!

  12. Nicole Says:

    Iluvallbabies–

From my personal experience, I’d say your baby size has more to do with how big you and your hubby/boyfriend/whatever was at birth. I was 7.5lb. and my husband was almost 9 lbs. I am 5′3″ and am around 160-170. I have no torso whatsoever, so I was horribly uncomfortable by around 6 months. And I stayed that way until my 8lb., 21 1/4 inches long, 37 weeker, Jordan was delivered. He was a big boy and he still is a big boy!

  13. legemc Says:

X17 says there is a rumor that she had the baby last night. Nothing confirmed.

  14. Belle Says:

x17 are reporting that she may have had the baby – still waiting for confirmation though.
