Update: Gillian Taylforth’s daughter released from hospital
Update: The Sun is reporting that Jessica was released from the hospital following her accident.
Orginially posted October 23rd: It is being reported that Jessica woke up last night and is in stable but serious condition.
Originally posted October 22nd: Jessica Knights, the 15-year-old daughter of British actress Gillian Taylforth (pictured), 52, and Geoff Knights, 53, is in the hospital with serious head injuries following a car accident yesterday afternoon.
Jessica was riding in a car with two 18-year-olds when the vehicle crashed into another car near her home. Gillian’s friend reported,
She is beside herself with worry. Jessica has suffered serious head injuries. Gillian and Geoff got a call from the emergency services and rushed to be with their daughter.

OMG I hope her daughter makes a full recovery.
I believe Gillian was Jackie from Footballers Wives…one of the greatest British shows. It was awesome!

Gillian is more well known for her long running stint as Kathy Beale in eastenders. Best wishes for the family and wishing for a speedy recovery.
