well from the back it’s ok, but the front is totally inappropriate, imo… It would be inappropriate on any woman, at any age, for a children’s fundraiser.

My daughter and I would have to have a serious talk if she went out wearing a window treatment for evening attire…or more specifically, a curtain for the back of a dress and a window scarf (or wide belt, perhaps?) as the front. But, I don’t think my daughter would be caught dead in this, uh, costume??? And at a CHILDREN’S event? Yikes!

omg!!!!! rumer definitely gets the point out that she wants to be sexy. she”s only 19 but seems older than that. i do not think her parents would like this !!!! lol
