"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

  1. Sara Says:

I really don’t know, but I’m guessing Spiderman, looks more like him, especially with the red hair.

  2. yaslind Says:

I think the red headed boy in back is his son.

  3. aury Says:

the little boy w/ the reddish hair looks more like phil. i think he’s cooper.

  4. madison Says:

I think his son is Spiderman. I remember seeing pics of him when he was younger and believe he had light hair (strawberry blond)

  5. Lara Says:

The boy w/ the red hair (left) is his son, I’ve seen pictures of them before.

  6. Elle Says:

Do Philip and Mimi have a second child?

  7. Elena Says:

Spiderman is cooper (my husband plays basketball with psh at chelsea piers gym)

  8. emma Says:

Hiya! This isn’t really to do with this photo, but, can someone explain why all the kids in the halloween photos are wearing “cute” outfits – spiderman, lamb, tiger etc. Is that normal in the US? I’m in the UK and halloween costumes are almost always meant to be scary – ghost, skeleton, bat, witch etc. which seems to make more sense for halloween! I’m confused – help :-)

  9. Tracey Maher Says:

I walked past him and his son on West 11th and Bleeker and he was holding the little “Spiderman’s” hand like he was his Daddy. They were very cute together.

  10. me Says:

Cooper is definately the one wearing the red and blue costume!

  11. Kate Says:

Maybe I missed this, but did his fiance have their second child yet?

  12. Ekaterina Says:

Redhead definitely. On another note, weren’t he and Mimi supposed to be having their second child? I was walking through the West Village a few weeks ago and ran into Philip talking to some woman outside of the hospital, St.Vincent’s, I think. It occurred to me only after that his girlfriend may have been having the baby. But this is only a guess.

Sarah’s note: They supposedly did have another baby (according to Us Weekly announcing the pregnancy) that was born in November ‘06. So he/she would be a year old now. But we’ve never heard anything regarding a birth announcement or seen the baby. I don’t really know.

  13. Ivey Says:

Probably the red head because they are crossing a street and he is hanging tight with him. Seems like the paternal thing to do.

  14. Nadège Says:

I agree with everyone else – the darling redhead looks a lot like his Papa!
Philip looks absolutely wonderful; it looks like he’s lost a lot of weight.

  15. madison Says:

To Emma’s comment above about Halloween in the US – I don’t really know for sure, but I feel like when I was a kid there were many more witches and goblins and ghosts. Over the years I think it has morphed a little to just a costume type event, not so much scary – the kids wear more superheros, princesses, fairies etc.

  16. Laura AS1 Says:

He is just darling. I think it’s funny that Superman is carrying a Spider-Man trick-or-treat bucket. Shouldn’t they switch?

  17. chersolly Says:

They lost the pregnancy, around the fifth or sixth month.

Sarah’s note: Wow, how awful. Thanks for letting us know
