CBB Exclusive: Melissa Joan Hart’s CBB pregnancy journal
We are excited to announce actress Melissa Joan Hart’s exclusive CBB pregnancy journal. Every monthwe will bring you an update from Melissa on her family, her secondpregnancy (baby is due in early March) and first child, Mason Walter, 21 months. Click here for the first entry.

The idea of sending each of the gifts from the sponsor to a charity is a commendable one. But can wealthy celebrities like Melissa and her husband really be said to need “help” in the form of free gifts? I realize that all kinds of companies send their products to celebrities for the publicity, etc. But as someone who has seen single young moms struggle to provide for their families, I object to the idea that celebrities need any sort of material “help” whatsoever in raising their kids.

Help need not be only financial. The sponsors and I are serving as product recommenders to Melissa and Mark because of our expertise in the field. And the help is reciprocal. By using these products, Melissa in turn helps the sponsors because they can say that a celebrity is using their product and hopefully have it photographed so readers like you gain awareness of the product and the brand.

my 19-month-old is named melissa.
great name, hehe.
it’s just lovely to see how melissa connects with her fans~ so many celeb mamas prefer to keep their family life private, which is perfectly understandable… but obviously, since i’m here, i love to hear about the babies and pregnancies. (i keep a huge list of all the info posted here… *blush*)
so, i just wanted to say congratulations~ my sister and i just adore MJH~ have since childhood~ and thanks for sharing!

I’d like to ask Melissa what she thinks of the attention her pregnancies/child(ren) are getting, and perhaps the public interest of celebrities’ children in general. Does she find it strange, sweet, disturbing…?
Obviously I’m hoping for ’sweet’, since the majority of us interested in celebrity children have the interest only because we are fascinated by the little miniatures of our favourite celebrities.

I dont have a question, I just want to say congrats! I have been a fan of melissa’s since I was young (I grew up watching Sabrina!) I think her family is just beautiful, and I am happy for them! God Bless!
