Dave Grohl and family go shopping
Rocker Dave Grohl, 38, wife Jordyn Blum, and daughter Violet Maye, 19 months, were spotted doing a little shopping on Monday, November 26th.

Violet is carrying a pink Thermos foogo Leak-Proof Straw Bottle ($15). (It also comes in blue.)
Danielle adds: Anya has one of these stainless steel bottles (and their Leak-Proof Sippy Cup)and really likes it. We like it because we don’t have to worry aboutchemicals from the plastic leaching into her drink. I also like thatthe metal doesn’t absorb anything from the beverages contained withinso they don’t all nasty and groty and need to be replaced every othermonth like her plastic sippy cups.

First of all, she looks like SUCH a happy toddler! I love that smile in the second picture. Secondly, I have to say that I love seeing that she, at not even two, is carrying around a thermos (this kind has a the pop up straw, kids at the daycare where I used to work use them all the time)instead of a bottle. That is just awesome to see. (And just in case, no, I’m not against bottles at all, I would just prefer to see a toddler out with a sippy cup or thermos as opposed to a bottle.)

she is really cute and i love how much he likes to just hang out with her. i’m also impressed that violet is wearing a sweatshirt from Target
I love when celebrities dress their kids in reasonably priced clothes.

I love seeing photos of this family. The “Daddy-daughter duo” is so sweet- you can tell just by the way he looks at her how in love he is. He seems like he is a real “doting dad” and that always warms my heart.
She is absolutely precious.

I think it is just awful that every step of such families is observed and every product they buy described! Of course, the girl is cute and the family looks happy. But who needs to know how much the stainless steel bottle costs?
