The gowns are adorable, but I'd warn new mothers to save them for after the baby comes and you're ready for visitors--I went through 4-6 hospital gowns on the day my daughter was born, and I didn't have an exceptionally horrid labor either. The pregnancy books don't warn you enough about all the bodily fluids involved. Trust me, you won't care what you're wearing (or not wearing) in the very first picture. Save the pretty gown for a few hours later when you take your first shower (which will be the best shower of your whole life!).
