I don’t think he is flipping of the paps. He is just sucking his fingers and it’s a coincidence that he seems like he is making that gesture.

I think it’s a coincidence, not an intentional gesture, lol. But with Ryan’s known dislike for the paps, perhaps he would let this one slide!

He’s sucking on his fingers, people! Most kids don’t know what “the finger” is until they are 6 or 7 years old!
