Ang, I have a regular name but I was still targeted in the playground. Kids can be very sweet but they can also be very mean at times. I don’t think it really matters what your kid’s name is.If they find something they don’t like about your child, it won’t matter if their name is Mary or Ever, they will get picked on.

My favorite is Everly Bear. Although I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love it because my daughter, who will be 8 soon, is named Everly Demetria. I hate that someone else has it. The odd thing is she is also named after the Everly Brothers. On the way home from the store before she was born we heard a song by them (Dream, Dream, Dream)and my mom suggested it and I loved it.

I like the names Cash, Ptolemy, Ever, Gable, and Story.
However, my faves are always going to be Apple and Suri.

I was gonna say I like the names Angelina Jolie gave her entire brood, but for just the 2007 year, I’ll say Pax Thien. But under that, add all her kids lol! Although Maddox really isn’t all that unusual. Aria is nice name, too. I actually know a little girl named Aria. And Kimaya Thais is a pretty and unique name as well.

I love Marlowe / Marlo as I might use it to honour my grandmother with the maiden name Lowe. I also really like Ever Gabo, Gable, and Plum

I personally think to each his / her own when it comes to naming, I tend to think if the parents have the personality to use a different name that there child is more likely to be raised in such a manner that they live up his / her name and create a persona that suits the difference.

I don’t which is my favorite, to be honest!

That said, I have a suggestion: How about adding the quote from Angelina about her mother choosing Pax’s name (well, at least his first name), to the info about his name?

I don’t find Alabama or Jagger as odd names. Infact I like them. I personally wouldn’t pick them for my kids but they’re not odd at all.

I like Jersi, because that is actually my nickname that my family gave me as a kid (don’t ask). So it’s kind of cute.

I think the trend for celeb babies to have odd names is the fact that most celebs just happen to be odd, LOL!!

The oddest names by far for me are still Pilot Inspektor, Apple Martin (although over the years it’s growing on me) Moxie Crimefighter (sorry Penn I disagree), and Banjo. I just feel bad for those kids!!
