Originally posted December 28th: E! and Dancing With the Stars co-host Samantha Harris, 34, says daughter Josselyn Sydney, 3 months, loves to dance already.
She gets really excited when music is playing. She’ll kick her feet, move her hands and wiggle around on the [activity] mat. She loves to be talkative. I think we are in for a little girl like I was: telling stories and that make no sense and have no end in sight. She’s definitely our kid. We’re really looking forward to her giggling.
Samantha says she and husband Michael Hess are ‘really lucky.’
She is really easygoing. It’s a free-for-all. We team up for the night routine, which is a bath and a little baby-lotion massage, and we alternate who feeds her. (Samantha pumps milk for Michael to give.) When I do, I like to sing her a song my [deceased] dad used to sing to me, ‘Sunrise, Sunset.’
One thing Samantha refuses to stress about is the preschool rush common in LA — some parents apply for preschools before their child is even on solid foods, in an attempt to beat the wait lists.
Living in LA, people talk so far ahead about it. I don’t want to be on the list five years in advance. If that’s the kind of school it is, I don’t want to be there.

Now that is the cutest baby I have seen in a while. I think she is the cutest celebrity baby so far. I love her hair. She looks like a doll for real.

That is one CUTE CUTE baby!! Love the hair. I had hair like that too when I was born but it fell out when I was 7-8 months old and then came in much lighter! I hope Josselyn keeps hers she’s gorgeous!

An ADORABLE baby!! I love her name, I think there is another celeb with a baby by the same name but maybe spelled differently? I wonder if the name will become more popular again, all the Josselyn’s/Jocelyn’s I know are in their late 30’s and early 40’s!
It’s wonderful so many celebs are openly talking about nursing! I hope it has a positive effect on how young people view nursing!
