"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Marie Osmond’s joy comes from watching her kids

Tags: News, Quotes

Dancing with the Stars contestant Marie Osmond has been through a lot this past year, including the end of her 20-year marriage to Brian Blosil, the death of her father and her 16-year-old son entering rehab. However, that doesn’t mean she isn’t happy. The 48-year-old tells Extra,

I have great kids. I love my kids, you know that and it’s okay. It’s okay to be alone, and it’s okay to be busy and it’s a choice you make to be positive with what comes at you in life.

Marie’s greatest joy also doesn’t come from performing, but from her children.

I’d love to sing opera. I love theater. But truly, when you get to a certain place in your life, the joy comes watching your kids.

Marie and Brian have seven children together — Jessica Marie, 20, Rachel Lauren, 18, Michael Brian, 16, Brandon Warren, 11, Brianna Patricia, 10, Matthew Richard, 8, and Abigail Michelle, 5.  Marie also has a son, Stephen James, 24, from her first marriage to Stephen Craig.

I know that 3 of Marie’s children are biological, and the others are adopted. Stephen is biological I recall, and I believe the other 2 are boys as well. Isn’t it Michael and Mathew?

Angela’s note: Marie’s biological children are Stephen, Matthew and Brianna.

  2. Elaine Says:

I believe her biological kids are Stephen, Rachel, and Matthew.

  3. Elaine Says:

So, did you do any research to see if you were correct about her biological kids or if I was? If I am incorrect, I would like to know. Thanks.

Angela’s note: I am currently looking into your answer. I have seen it listed both ways of different websites. Thanks for letting us know and I’ll keep looking.

Sorry guys, but you have to get some facts straight. A little late for posting, but I stumbled upon this searching for some stuff about Brangelina’s kids, but anyway. Rachael’s name is spelt wrong. You have R-A-C-H-E-L and it’s R-A-C-H-A-E-L. Stephen, Rachael and Matthew are her biological children. You guys also have Stephen is her son from her first marriage. Yes that’s true, but Stephen who was born Stephen James Craig, Jr. was adopted by Marie’s second husband, Brian and renamed Stephen James Craig Blosil. So by law he is Marie and Brian’s son, not Marie and Stephen Craig’s son.
