Hugh Jackman, Oscar and Ava at Centennial Park on Wednesday
Australian actor Hugh Jackman, 39, takes his two children Oscar, 7 ½, and Ava Eliot, 2 ½, to Centennial Park in Sydney on Wednesday the 2nd of January. The family spent the day playing ball and collecting bugs. Mom is Deborra-Lee Furness. It has been really hot in Sydney this past week, so I’m not surprised that the children are in shorts and tees.

I love Hugh, he seems like a genuine nice person and a great father and husband! Can’t wait to see Australia and the Wolverine movie.

sweet pics. they seem like a really close family.i love centennial park, especially 1st thing in the morning-i used to live across the road from it.shannon’s right bout the weather-it’s middle of summer in Australia, i live 3hrs south of sydney now and i am OVER the heat grrr.it’s like 30C(bout 90F, i think)!inside!

WOW! Those are some great,great pictures. He seems to really, deeply love his children. I have never seen a man play with his kids like Hugh does. That makes him a real life super hero to me.

Another dad I love seeing with his kids. The one of him and Ava is darling. Looks like she was going to give him an Eskimo kiss or something, or already had.

It has been really hot, which is why I’m surprised Ava is wearing long black tights!

Sam, I think their parents can make those decisions for themselves. I really dislike it when people on this site always think they know how other people should dress their children. if it isn’t about hats it’s gloves or shoes or whatever as long as we have something to pick on.
