Update: Jack Black and wife expecting second child
Update: Jack has confirmed that Tanya is pregnant, although he declined to mention when she is due. He said,
Yes, she’s expecting. I’ve been told that two children isthree times as hard as one child, but then strangely threechildren is easier than one. [My new parenting strategy] is to take it day-by-day.

Originally posted December 21st: The National Enquirer reports that actor and musician Jack Black, 38, and his wife, cellist Tanya Haden, are expecting their second child. A friend tells the tabloid,
Jack and Tanya are thrilled they’re having another baby. Jack may have a reputation as a frat boy — but he’s very serious in his role as a father.
If true, the new baby will join big brother Samuel Jason, 18 months.

She is both a celebrity baby in her own right (daughter of jazz bassist Charlie Haden) and a celeb herself (cellist with her own Wikipedia entry). You should at least call her “musician” and not just “wife” when you write about her!
I love this couple and little Samuel!

“I’ve been told that two children is three times as hard as one child, but then strangely three children is easier than one.” Jack, my friend, this is ABSOLUTELY TRUE at our house! I have friends with one child, 3 children, 4+ children…I even have a friend with 10 children and everyone says the same thing…2 children are the hardest. Bless my children’s hearts, but holy cow, 2 boys ages 3 and 2 are making my hair (what I have left) turn gray.

Three children is definitely NOT easier than one! As a mom of 3 boys, I can tell you it wasn’t easy when they were little, and it certainly makes you want to run into traffic when they are teenagers (I just thank God every day they are not girls!)

Sorry jk and Jack, three are NOT easier than two. Maybe four is the magic number but things got a lot harder around our house with three. Maybe if it is three girls. I have one girl and two boys and I am exausted!

Interesting. My mom also told me that having 3 children is easier because my siblings and I always kept one another occupied.

I have heard that going from one to 2 makes a difference because you have to share yourself and learn to handle 2 kids, of 2 different ages. But than I have 2 good friends that have had 3 children recently and they said, 3 kids is hard because your outnumbered, husband takes one child, you take another, and there’s still another child left lol. Congrats to them, jack is a funny guy.
