Suri Cruise: The next American Idol?
Suri Cruise, the 21-month-old daughter of actors Tom Cruise, 45, and Katie Holmes, 29, appears to be a fan of the one of the top reality shows on television — American Idol.
While appearing on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show on Friday, January 18th, Katie informed the host that American Idol is a favorite of Suri’s. And we may just see Suri on the show one day, as Ryan offered to arrange tickets for the Holmes-Cruise family. To which Katie replied,
I would be very grateful.
Katie also admitted to Ryan that she wants another child, however,
Not in the immediate future. Long term, of course.
Katie and Tom have their hands full at the moment with Suri, who Katie described as,
Growing and talking more. I am constantly surprised and challenged.

Why is she watching an adult show so very young? Katie also said in an interview that Suri stays up with them till 11 or 12 AM. What’s up with that??

R- I don’t see anything in approprite about a toddler watching American Idol. It’s not like there’s anything innapproprite on the show. As for Suri’s bedtime….Katie also said that she sleeps in until about 9:00 in the morning. Therefore, she is still getting about 10 hours of sleep, which is the recommended amount for a toddler her age.
ang- If it’s anything like the Spice Girls concert they attended, I’m guessing they’ll be seated in a special area, where the other guests probably won’t be able to see them.

I thought the season premiere just aired this past Tuesday. Wouldn’t this mean that the last time this show was on TV, Suri was only a year old, if even, and it’s somehow a favourite of hers?

Maybe they DVR the show and watch it at a later time.
Since when has American Idol been an adult show? Did anyone see last weeks with that creepy lady from Allentown, PA? She had all the glitter and the meltdown when she was turned down. I dunno if I;d call that kind of behavior “adult”.

I’m not sure how this computes…Suri was barely a year old at the end of the last Idol season. Was she really aware of what’s on TV?
Of course, not much computes when it comes to that family.

the first quote is slightly out of context. Ryan said “do you want me to send her a front of line pass in ten years” to which Katie replied with the above quote. You can hear the interview at the kiss fm website

I listened to Katie’s radio interview. I don’t recall her saying that Suri was an AI fan. Ryan did offer to send her tickets to the show in a few years.

American Idol aside….what is she still doing with a bottle? At 21 months….that bottle action needs to go bye bye, not to mention what she has in her hands — i guess not, since healthy viewing (tv) habits are lacking too.
