Jessica Alba on Letterman — they know the sex, they aren’t sharing!
Although she made a remark to the contrary last week — perhaps to protect her privacy or because they hadn’t yet made a final decision — Jessica Alba revealed on the Late Show with David Letterman this evening that she and fiancé Cash Warren do know the sex of their baby — but they aren’t sharing!
Um…I haven’t…I’m not saying anything. Um…I might know. [laughs]
While being teased by Dave for being ‘just a kid’ herself, the 26-year old actress also narrowed down the due date mystery a bit — looks like the ‘late spring’ part of the announcement means May, as Jessica mentioned the baby will arrive after her April 28th birthday.
I’m in my late 20s — I’ll be having the baby when I’m 27! So, it’s not too early in the game.
Expounding a bit on her earlier ‘all day sickness’ comments, Jessica revealed,
I’m in the second trimester. The first one was hairy. It was all daysickness. It wasn’t very fun. Then you’re just expanding in places[you're not expecting], and you’re just like, ‘What? Why? What’s goingon here?!’ I’m feeling much better.

I had a feeling she knew the baby’s sex,a lot of celebrities do but won’t wanna tell the public. And when cash said they were finding out and she said no they weren’t, I just got the vibe she said that, so people wouldn’t ask the baby’s sex.

I hope we find out too soon! I’m sure we will with all the paparazzi and baby registry spies out there. I’m sure we’ll be getting enough hints to put the clues together soon enough. I’m guessing a boy for her. I think there is going to be a big insurgance of baby boys coming up for some reason. I think it’s gonna be boys for Jessica, Halle, Tori Spelling, Cate Blanchett and Matthew & Camilla. I’m putting my money on it! haha.

Jeez I can’t believe she is due around the same time as me. My belly is huge already even though I am the same size everywhere else! She doesn’t look like she’s expanded anywhere!

I am surprised she already knows, I am due June 19th and my big US isn’t until this week… if she is due in May, that is pretty early..

She used to talk about Cash alot more back in 2006… I remember when she was on Leno he would always bring him up and she would just gush about him lol it was so cute
i think after they broke up for a little while, she decided to leave him out interviews.

I am literally dying to find out what they are having! Since some people posted they think it’s a boy, I’m gonna guess it’s a little girl although it looks like she has a boy belly..but maybe that’s because the baby is a little big!

I think she’s having a girl. Just a guess obviously and I am sure soon or a later it will slip out like Christina’s did! And I think Halle is def. having a baby boy!!

I’m 19 weeks due end of June and she said she’s in the 2nd trimester. The 3rd starts at 28 weeks.. so if she’s 27 weeks she’s due in May, right? I think she’s not that far personally though.
