Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony arrive at Fashion Week
Singers Jennifer Lopez, 38, and Marc Anthony, 39, arrive at the Marchesa Fall/Winter 2008 Collection at Bryant Park as part of Mercedes Benz fashion week today in New York City. The couple is currently awaiting the birth of their twins — Jennifer was overheard saying that Saturday, February 23rd will be the big day. Speaking to People at the event, Jennifer reveals,
I’m feeling good. I haven’t gone out a lot for the past few months, but Marchesa has been incredibly good to me. They are just amazing!
Right now the best thing I can do for myself, for my body is to keep resting which is not easy for me. I like keeping busy and it is very hard because if they say ‘be off your feet for four hours a day’, I’m like ‘oh, God!’ It’s hard.
On her glamorous pregnancy style, Jennifer shares that it’s how she keeps her spirits up when she’s feeling huge!
People make fun of me because when I do have them over to my house I do have a dress on. [laughs] I don’t like the way the sweats look with the extra weight. I like to feel good about myself even at home.

Pregnancy has really made her look a bit different hasn’t it? I’d imagine that carrying twins would take alot out of a gal though!

Look at her rocking those heels, while this far along pregnant with twins. She looks great and still very trendy. Can’t wait to see her babies, and hear their names.

Wow! Depending on what outfit she flaunts definitely plays a HUGE part in how far along she looks. Absolutely gorgeous but doesn’t look as far along as other pictures!

Twins and heels.. WOW. I hope she got a good foot rub when she got home!! Not my favorite choice of maternity wear, but she IS a bit bigger than most pregnant women, twins and all, and she probably wanted to be comfy..

Well the dress looks comfy, not the shoes though– ouch–!! I’m excited she is showing off after so many months of her in semi pregnant hiding.

She looks great! I want to know how she lucked out(especially with twins)and doesn’t have “cankles”!!! By that time in both my pregnancies my legs looked like sausages. Congrats to them both.

That dress does nothing for her, looks like she’s tented for termites. I would have thought that someone as fashion forward as JLo would have an awesome maternity wardrobe.
Also, she has no cankles. Maybe she’s not as far along as we’ve all thought? I would have thought that she would be wearing a body huggin dress, a la Halle Berry. The bigger the belly looks, the smaller you look! Also, her arms should start resembling ham hocks if she was as far along as some reports and she looks great! Maybe they’re March/April babies?!

I’m glad to see that am not the only one whose nose got wider when I was near the end of my pregnancy.
The only problem was I had to get my Drivers license photo taken then and had to have my wide nose for 4 years on my ID.

J-Lo is forever a slave to fashion, regardless of how impractical it is to sport those heels. She should allow her common sense to prevail; she could take a really nasty fall and seriously injury herself. Having been pregnant myself, I know there comes a point in time that you have to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You can still look cute but just be safe.

I’m sorry but I believe that her doctors seriously mis-calculated her due date. There is no way that she could look this good being pregnant with twins, due in a matter of weeks. Good for her. I guess what makes her human is having on a horrible looking dress.
