"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Maryland women’s basketball coach Brenda Frese, 37, and her husband Mark Thomas have welcomed their fraternal twins. Son Markus William arrived at 10:21 am, weighing in at 5 lbs, 5 oz. Twin brother Tyler Joseph arrived 20 minutes later at 10:41 am, weighing just over 6 lbs.

Brenda made it almost 36 weeks into her pregnancy. The twins had been due in mid-March.

Good for her for having twins vaginally!! I really, really respect women who attempt this. My cousin delivered twins vaginally several years ago. The second twin turned to breech after the first delivered and they had to do an internal version in order to avoid a C-section or breech delivery. She said that was the most uncomfortable and scary moment of the delivery process. She says she wouldn’t change a thing if she had to do it over again, though. (She’s pregnant with another set of twins now, and is hoping for another vaginal delivery.)

Wow! Those are great weights for 35 weeks! And I echo the above comment about it being so nice to see a celebrity having (or even attempting!) a vaginal twin birth. My twins were born at home, and it was an amazing experience. Congrats to their family!

My niece is currently 32 weeks along with her boys, Parker and Ethan. She had an ultrasound and the boys are 4 pounds 5 ounces and 4 pounds 6 ounces!! She went into premature labor though and is now on bedrest for the rest of the pregnancy and she reads “What to expect when you’re expecting” and knows that in another 4 weeks (They want her to hit 36 weeks) that she’s looking at some BIG BOYS! Then again our family has ranged from 7 pounds up to 12 pounds at birth so it doesn’t surprise me…but she’s little..barely 5 foot and her husband (my nephew) is 6′4″.

She wants to have a vaginal birth but as of last Friday they are both breach and being stubborn. They can still turn though! She reads this blog all the time so “Hi Tabby…love ya…Sissie”

    Congratulations Brenda and Mark!
A friend of mine called me yesterday to tell me about the birth of your twin boys because your twins have the same name as mine.
My twins are 21 years old now but they are Marcus (with a ‘c’) and Tyler. My Marcus was also named after a family member.
So – you did a great job naming these babies!
    Take care and best wishes.
