Charlotte Church celebrates her 22nd birthday with baby Ruby
New mom Charlotte Church celebrated a low-key 22nd birthday yesterday with her mom, Maria, daughter Ruby Megan [in her baby carrier], 5 months, and a few other relatives at her local Chinese restaurant.
Unfortunately, rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson, 26, was unable to join them for the birthday lunch since he was training for an upcoming competition.
According to Closer magazine, Charlotte has been inspired watching Gavin train recently and has started a new fitness routine in an effort to lose extra baby weight. A source for the magazine said:
Charlotte was so motivated by watching Gavin, she’s started doing 30 sit-ups a night and is adding one on every time. She hasn’t let her diet slip and is looking after her body.
It is also appears that Charlotte may be returning to the television screen soon. She reportedly is ready to begin work on another series of her Channel 4 show – The Charlotte Church Show.

I think she looks AMAZING!!! It’s great that she has inspiration to keep up her health, whether it’s her boyfriend or her new beautiful baby!

I agree, I think Charlotte looks fantastic now! But kudos to her for wanting to be healthy. I can’t wait to see new pictures of little Ruby!
