Jessica Alba skips Oscar parties this year, happily
What a difference a year can make! Jessica Alba wrote on her MySpace yesterday that instead of hitting the Governors Ball to dine on chef Wolfgang Puck’s famous Mini Kobe Beef Burgers following the Academy Awards on Sunday night, she and fiancé Cash Warren opted for burgers of a different kind: In ‘N’ Out! Not that she’s complaining. The 26-year-old actress — in the third trimester of her first pregnancy — said the fast-food dash and a return to sweat pants (after donning a ball gown to present at the awards show) was a "highlight" of her evening. She adds,
Being preggers kind of takes the fun out of partying until the wee hours. Sleep always sounds so much better these days.
Jessica and Cash know the sex of their baby, due in late May, but they aren’t sharing.

isnt that the same party all of those people were exposed to hepatitis A at? i’ve heard of so many times pregnant women’s babies saving them from some sort of ungodly disaster… one of my very best friends saved her mother from a plane crash in utero, and even my own goddaughter saved her mother from hurricane katrina… (SEVERE nausea had an emergency doctor have her postpone her return flight back to new orleans when she WASN’T actually supposed to be flying in the first place)… i know jessica is glad her baby had her craving sleep and in and out, over hep A…

Actually, it was Ashton Kutcher’s birthday party where they were all exposed to Hepatitis A.

I wasn’t expecting to see her at any parties this year… sleep is always better anyways, rather you’re preggers or not lol

Has anyone actually confirmed the authenticity of this account? It seems fake to me, and I’m concerned that someone has fooled People much like many others have done to various websites in the past with fake MySpaces. So I was just wondering if there’s any proof or an actual statement from Jessica Alba saying it is in fact hers.

Jessica’s happiness is so evident. I have never seen her so full of happiness. I think she was meant to be a mum. She is glowing.

I had never realized before that the reference to this was her myspace. The sight does not specifically say “official myspace” or anything and after browsing around, it really did not strike me as being authentic. Of course if it is, more power to her but with what we have seen when she is out, she seems to be a very private person. It seems sort of odd that she would sit down and write so much to her fans about presenting at the Oscars and spending her day at some private website. It just seems weird.
