I forgot to add that, even if Gwen does try for a VBAC, I do agree that she will probably still wind up having the baby in July. After all, most babies aren’t born right on their due date, and it seems a bit more common for second babies to be early rather than late.

I’m guessing that Gwen will try for a VBAC if she’s allowed to (and I think she very well might be, as her babies will be more than two years apart.). If I’m remembering correctly, she, like Tori Spelling, was a bit disappointed that she had to have a C-section the first time around.

Anyway, it just occurred to me that, when Gwen and Angelina were pregnant last time around, so was Katie Holmes. Gwen and Angie have now announced their second pregnancies (well, technically, neither of them actually formally announced their current pregnancies. Gavin’s father announced Gwen’s pregnancy, and, well, Angie’s bump spoke for itself! ). Wouldn’t it be interesting/funny, if Katie and Tom announce THEIR second pregnancy within the next couple of months?

Personally, though, I doubt that’ll actually happen, as Katie recently stated that, while she and Tom definitely DO want more kids, they plan to wait for a little while before getting pregnant again. Of course, “accidents” (I hate referring to an innocent child that way, but I really can’t think of any other way to word it) do happen and people do change their minds, so you never know!

how do you know she is due in August it was never announced how far along she is?

Mid-summer? I thought she was due in August???

Sarah’s note: She’s due the first week of August and will probably have a c-section in late July if she’s not allowed to try for a VBAC or would prefer a repeat. They typically schedule you 1-2 weeks before your due date for elective c-sections, so that you hopefully don’t go into labor beforehand. So although she may be due the first week of August, the baby can likely be expected in late July.
