"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Bernhard, 38, and Anette of the Netherlands, 35, have welcomed their third child. Son Benjamin Pieter Floris van Vollenhoven was born on March 12th and weighed in at 7 lbs. He is the eighth granchild of Princess Margriet of the Netherlands and his middle names come from his uncles Prince Pieter-Christian and Prince Floris. The royal couple also released a statement,

We are extremely happy and grateful for the birth of our third child.

The couple also have daughter Isabella Lily Juliana, 5 ½, and son Samuel Bernhard Louis, 3 ½. The pregnancy was announced in September.

How wonderful! Congratulations to them :)

  2. Linda Says:

    Congratulations to them.
However, Bernhard and Annette are not prince & princess of the Netherlands. That title is only for the children of the (future) monarch.
I also think Pieter is from Bernhards father?

  3. Lynsey Says:

Bernhard and his brothers are Dutch princes, but they are NOT Princes of the Netherlands. That title is for the children of the monarch and crown prince.

The sons of Queen Beatrix’s sister, Princess Margriet, since they are Dutch, were given the title Prince of Orange-Nassau, van Vollenhoven. It is like Beatrix’s son Prince Friso, who is no longer a Prince of the Netherlands, he has the lesser title Prince of Orange-Nassau. None of the van Vollenhoven princes’ children are titled though :)
