Angela Bassett joined by family as she receives a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
Golden Globe award winner Angela Bassett, 49, was joined by husband, actor Courtney B. Vance, 48, and their 2-year-old twins Slater Josiah and Bronwyn Golden as she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today in Hollywood, CA.
She told the crowd, "Do you ever have one of those days? I woke up and the sun wasn’treally shining but then it burst through the clouds and it wasglorious. Hallelujah!"

How adorable are they! My goodness, they’ve gotten so big. Seems like yesterday they were little tiny babies. And the 2nd picture is just too cute. The kids are stealing the show lol!

Too CUTE!!! I love these twins. Mr. Slater looks like he is ready to take over the show…He can’t help it, it’s in his genes. Miss Bronwyn looks lovely in her Spring outfit.
Angela looks so happy and I am happy for her. You go girlfriend.

I can’t believe it has been 2 years already! They are getting so big and they are gorgeous! I love Angela, she is one of my favorite actresses! I’m glad she finally has a star! She is so deserving and it is about time! Congratulations to her!

If she’s 49, I can’t wait to get that age, only if I could look like Angela. I love her so talent and beautiful. The kids did get big really fast. I love Courtney too.

Skylar, I can’t believe it either but Angela is really 49. She turns 50 in August. She doesn’t look a day over 30.
Bronwyn & Slater are so cute, two years went by very fast. I’m glad to see a pic of them cause its very rare we seem them

I saw them on Oprah but cant remember the details… Were the kids born using a surrogate? Or donor eggs? Or both?
Sarah’s note: Surrogate, but using eggs she had harvested years ago.

Eve,they used a surrogate and Angela’s eggs. She is stunning and the kids are adorable!
