Rumor: Fashion designer Rachel Roy goes into labor
It is being reported that fashion designer Rachel Roy, 33, went into labor last night with her and husband, label executive Damon Dash’s second child. The couple announced the pregnancy last October, with a due date given of sometime this spring.
Damon and Rachel’s daughter Ava is 8 years old. Damon has son Damon Jr. "Boogie", 15, from a previous relationship, and is also rumored to have a additional son, Lucky, 3.

I’m confused.he was supposedly dating Aaliyah when she died in 2001,but him and his wife have a 7 year old daughter? I’m not tryin to start drama or anything,just confused

If I remember correctly, he was with Rachel before Aaliyah, but they split after their daughter was born. The daughter I think is older then 7 (I want to say 9 – born in 1999).
Someone correct me if this is wrong, please.

He was with rachel and got her pregnant before aaliyah, than he left rachel for aaliyah. After aaliyah died, he was so sad and rachel took him back. I had no idea he had 2 other kids though, besides ava.

That has bugged me for ages! I read a while back he had and 8 year (obviously not 8 when I read it!) and the timings didn’t figure as he was with Aaliyah! Thanks Brooke….mystery solved!

I’m a former employee of RR and I’m pretty sure she was still pregnant when this blog was posted since I saw it with my own eyes. I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure this blog was just a rumor.

ohk how dew he have 3 kids and his son dont have no nothing in the hosue he is staying in and then his son is 15 and its juss crazi and confuesing…i cant live my life like that..but its ohk no dramma tew start yew feels meh..

Yeah he had the baby at my hospital where I work. My boyfriend saw him and went up to him to say hello the same night he had the baby and Dame brushed him off and said ”not right now my man, Im about to have a baby”

Well all that was lies, I work at the hospital Damon Dash baby was born. The baby was really born 5/13/08 sometime after midnight. my friend tried to approach him and Dame said “Not now my man, Im having a babhy right now” toting in his big fluffy white pillow that had “D.D” in gold embroidery on the front. Dash was rushing off to the labor and delivery ward to welcome his baby girl.
