Everytime I see a picture of Marcia Cross with her kids, they’re at the park! Seems like she likes the photo ops.

Love the hats. Bookmarked the site to get some for my little one.
We use Avent bottles too and love them but I read recently that these might not be safe. Something about chemicals leeching and so forth.. bottle manufacturers say it is not a problem but numerous studies in the news recently – independently funded studies, so not bias– say otherwise. So we are going to have to toss all of our Avents and get glass bottles now. Anyone else know about this?

I just love how she protects her daughters from the sun. I think with how much skin cancer cases there is today it is important to protect children from the sun right form the start. I dont think people think about it as much as they should and I think her putting a hat on her daughters heads it makes people think hmm thats a good idea. I know when I have a baby I am going to always put hats on them and I actually wear hats more because I think Marcia’s skin is to die for!

I’ve also heard about the plastic bottles.
There is a little about it here:
http://www.greenlivingonline.com/Family/plastic-baby-bottles-found-to-be-toxic/
Also today, Canada’s health minister said we would soon ban the sale and advertising of plastic baby bottles containing the controversial chemical bisphenol A. Making Canada the first country to do so.
I believe there is a 60-day public consultation period before it’s actually banned.
The chemical is a known hormone disruptor and is associated with adverse health effects.
I’m glad it is being looked into.
