Motherhood made Angelina Jolie want to do her own stunts
Actress Angelina Jolie portrays Fox in the upcoming movie Wanted, and the role required a lot of stunts. However, don’t think that the 32-year-old shied away from doing her own stunts because of being a mother. In fact she went full forward.
I did the opposite. I went even further, thinking, ‘Now that I’m holding this shotgun, my little boys are going to think I’m so cool when they’re 11.’
Angelina and partner Brad Pitt are parents to Maddox Chivan, 6 ½, Pax Thien, 4, Zahara Marley, 3, and Shiloh Nouvel, 22 months. They expect their fifth child this summer.

Angie, NO! Not a shotgun, hon. Maybe they can think you’re cool from doing your own stunts-jumping, falling, etc. But, not the gun. That is never a good example.

Wouldn’t she rather have them think she’s cool for all the international work she’s done, like, I don’t know, trying to help people in Darfur?

I’m sure it was meant with humor guys … don’t forget context and tone of voice
Besides, even Angelina will be “un-cool” to her own kids someday

Im not sure that EW actually did an interview with her because some of the quotes from this interview were things she said in Marie Claire. And in that interview she said the boys were going to think she was cool because she plays a badass. So i take this with a grain of salt.

Brannon, I agree. Some people take celebrity comments so seriously and analyze them like crazy.Angelina does have a sense of humor and sometimes she is actually not being serious in interviews.

so last year in may ,it was reported-
‘The lovers, who met playing weapon-wielding assassins in ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’, have also banned their brood from playing with toy guns because they don’t want them exposed to violence.’
in october it was reported
‘The boy has always had guns on the brain. During an October 28 spree at KB Toys in Sherman Oaks, California, mom bought him a Warrior Playset and a $34.99 Nerf Dart Rapid Fire gun. His parents also threw him a military-themed birthday party when he turned 6 in August.
in december her son was pictured wearing a gun necklace which is ’so cool’and now this.
Is anyone else seeing that she is a strange woman with strange values that don’t befit someone who empathises with and supports childhood victims of torture and violence.
This woman is unhinged- her father called it and he was right.
Just MHO before you all go off on one about how great she is.
just google’ angelina jolie guns’ and see how many interviews she has given and how many times she has contradicted herself.
It sure is hard keeping track of all those lies.

Brannon, LOL!! Angelina and Brad will TOTALLY be uncool to their parents someday- parenthood is the great equalizer. As for all of the wonderful work she does, that will likely make an impression somewhere after the teen years.
I get the impression that Brad and Angelina aren’t so hung up on the anti-gun issue.

Doesn’t matter how she said that. She’s a public figure, she should know better. If you want to be rich and famous and be an influence all over doing charity like she does than you better watch avery single word you say.
