what an odd…gathering lol. I never in a million years would think they were all friends. Although I wouldn’t be suprised that they were friends with Bono as they are all into making the world a better place so I assume that’s how they met The Edge. It’s great either way and I’m totally jealous!
What a beautiful family and I love Pax’s hair…it’s getting soooooooo long. I wonder how he’s doing with learning english and fitting in…

Before all of the where’s shiloh starts
French tv said all 4 kids were with them. pixs probably held back by pap agency for highest bidder for Brad and Shiloh pixs.They do it all the time and then pics show up showing shiloh was there, i actually have two pics that show that she was there but i can’t post them here shiloh has such white blonde hair. Cute pics and brad is so sexy. the kids are sooo cute and angie looks good.

How do you think they decide which kids to take with them to which outing? Is it by turns or maybe the other kids had events planned? Maybe Shiloh was napping? Or maybe they like to give one or two some quality time? Just wondering…

Pax and Zahara are so adorable.
I think the new baby is a girl, and I see B & A adopting another girl from Africa sometime in the next couple of years, and then maybe one more bio kid and THEN they will be done–for a grand total of 7!

They visited Bono’s house near that beach. Bono stayed at his home while The Edge accompanied them to the rockey beach. There were 5 or 6 older children, too. U2 and Angie are friends from 2001 and Brad and Bono are friends from 2004. They have been cooperating together for philanthropy for African people since then.

I doubt it is that serious. WHen SHiloh went to the museum with Brad the other kids did not come, when she was on the movie set the other kids did not come. Some outings are just for one or two kids not all 4.

Zahara is so tall! She’s going to be over 6ft tall I guarentee it! And Pax is getting so big although I hope he gets a haircut soon! And I think Angie looks great. I also think the new baby will be a girl for some reason and think that eventually they’ll adopt another african child so Zahara has a familiar as Angie has said, “face” as well.

Pictures like these and the ones at JJ remind me of how awful it would be to be followed all over the world. Can you imagine taking your kids to the beach and being photographed every second of it? I am all for the planned ones, like Tori Spelling calling people and telling them she’s going to be somewhere, but this is a little ridiculous.
By going all the way to France, or somewhere else, like Kentwood, LA in someone else’s case, they obviously do not want to be photographed.

Honestly, not a huge fan of her dress, but it’s really not about fashion at that point in a pregnancy so as long as she’s comfy!!
I am ALSO hoping they have another daughter for some reason. I think it’s because Brad has mentioned he wants little girls and I would like to see them adopt a little boy from Africa soon. When is Angelina due? I can’t wait to see the new baby!!

Sweet pictures. There are others where Brad and “The Edge” have to help Angelina up from her low position on the ground with Zahara giving a hand herself. Such a beautiful “pregnant woman” moment. The ones with Brad and Pax are beyond adorable. That child has certainly come a long way in one year. Gorgeous family, just gorgeous.

this family is beautiful & their values are inspiring. personally, i think pax looks awesome with long hair. my son has long hair as do more & more boys nowadays. zahara is such a beauty. i don’t care if every kid isn’t in every photo or out with them. kids in large families need & deserve quality one-on-one time with mama & papa. if they wanna adopt seventeen kids from around the world, i say more power to them! i wish all orphaned kids could be so lucky! those children have an amazing destiny.

Actually, no it isn’t. I’m white, but my hair is terrible. For one there is WAY too much of it. It’s extremely difficult to keep as much hair as I have for several reasons. Plus, my hair is curly, frizzy and coarse on top and board-straight and smooth underneath. The top won’t straighten and the bottom won’t hold curl, so it often has to be tied up.
My hair is NOT good hair, so I understand why someone (melanie, in this case) would hate their hair. Let’s not turn this in to something where everyone gangs up on one poster to pressure her to be more politically correct.

This is an adorable family. I think Zahara would look so cute with an actual hairstyle that complements her hair type. Hair of that texture needs to be cared for in a certain way or else it will start to break, which it may have already.

I think everyone is entitled to thinking their own hair is “nappy” and that they’re glad their children didn’t inherit it. I hope my child doesn’t have my hair, it’s extremely difficult to manage.
And I think the “it stinks when you go swimming” meant “it sucks when you go swimming and your hair gets nappy” – I don’t think she was talking about how her hair smelled.
I’m hoping they have a boy this time! And supposedly Shiloh was there, she just stayed up at the house while the bigger kids went down onto the rocks.

Brad and Angelina always look so relaxed and happy. It makes me smile – so nice to see new pictures of them all together!
Zahara is all girl in those little pink Mary Janes, what a sweetheart. She seems to have done a lot of growing in the past few months. Pax is a little rock star. I love how often he is seen wearing Maddox’s hand me down shirts. At his age kids soak up language like a sponge so I’m sure he’s just about caught up with his brothers and sisters in terms of culture and language. He’s been with them over a year.

Rye- I highly doubt they’ll adopt an African boy anytime soon. I do think they will adopt from Africa within the next few years, but I think they will adopt a girl. This is because they adopted Pax for Maddox, and mentioned wanting both Mad and Z to have a sibling of their same culture. Since they adopted a same-gender sibling for Maddox, I’m guessing they’ll do the same for Z.

absolutely gorgeous. I have nothing but admiration for this family, they look so happy and despite all the intrusion in their lives, they seem to be really chilled out and enjoy family outings.

I don’t see why you’re making a big deal out of someone calling THEIR OWN HAIR, nappy. If she thinks her hair gets nappy when she swims, then that’s what she KNOWS. I don’t see why YOU got offended because SHE didn’t want HER children to have HER hair type. I don’t think she meant her daughter’s were “better” than any race because they have blonde hair. Zee hair needs to be in braids,I cannot stand to see anyone’s child with their hair a mess, color does not matter. I get that she was in the water, but understand that it’s going to be painful to comb out her hair after it dries and get’s dangled. Clearly they dont understand how to care for her hair, and make it more manageable,they have the resource to pay to have it done properly.
Pax’s hair is so long,seems like it time or a hair cut.

Why is only au natural hair criticized when it’s on a black person? And sadly it’s criticized by other black people (mainly American blacks). Zee’s hair is just as beautiful the way God chose it to be as is the flowing locks of blond some other was given and I take offense at this idea that because the world has been conditioned to believe that the latter of the two is the standard, that anyone not trying to mimic it with relaxer’s and barrettes has less than acceptable hair. If anything, I applaud her parents for not buying into the sterotypes and forcing her to conform to Euro-American hair craziness. Brad & Angie are great friends with many who share their daughters ethnicity, and I’m confident that they too said don’t sweat the ignorant. Don’t worry about anyone else’s “nappy” issue’s.
Love the family, and adore how they roll. They are a beautiful clan indeed.

From what I can tell, in most photos, Zahara has a very soft, somewhat curly and somewhat silky texture to her hair. Hair form, that is commonly observed in some bi-racial people. When the parents, pull the hair into the little picktails, Zahara, with those beautiful feautures, smooth skin tone and a naturally chiseled and refined nose, looks everybit a “dream doll”.

Gorgeous family. I hate that they lose their privacy, but I love seeing pictures of them.
Since people were speculating, I’m going to throw in my two cents. I think they are having a girl again and I think they are adopting from Haiti. I don’t know why I think that other than they are big supporters of Wycleaf Jean’s organization and they had Shiloh in Namibia but made comment to wanting another child who shared similar features to Zahara. Hey, it’s all speculation anyway.

Well when I first saw the photos I wondered why they had my little Z out there with her hair all wild. Once I read that they’d been swimming, then it made sense. LOL She was out having a good time.
I think Zahara is beautiful, inclusive of her hair. Many times her hair isn’t done in any particular style, but that sorta comes with the territory. Black women have some of the nicest hairstyles around. Angelina is a white woman raising a black baby. You can’t expect her to know how to manage a hair texture she’s unfamiliar with. I think it would be beneficial if she either took the time to learn ethnic hair care management, or had a hair care stylist for Zahara.
I hate the “good hair, bad hair” debate. All hair textures have potential for things each of us would consider positive or negative. Usually people who hate their hair, hate it because they never learned to manage it, be it too stringy, limp, short, long, thick, thin, straight, curly, weak, etc.
I hope they are raising Z to appreciate and embrace her beauty, despite being in a household not representative of her looks. She is gorgeous! I hope she always knows it.

I’m not going to speculate on where the other two are… as a mom of 3 kids, I know that sometimes one is napping and/or the oldest doesn’t care to go as he’s doing his own thing… and sometimes you just want to pull one or two kids away and bond with them and then do something with the other one or two later…
Angie and Brad are obviously very loving parents and their kids are obviously happy, healthy, and loved.

Kat- Good point! At first, I actually thought that maybe Maddox was at school (I assume Pax and Z go as well, as we saw them both going to school in Prague last year, but at their ages, it’s possible that they don’t go every day.). Then I read that that the pictures were taken on Sunday. Whoops! Last time I checked, kids don’t go to school on Sundays. LOL!
Anyway, if you look at the rest of the photos in this set on Just Jared, Maddox actually was with them. He just isn’t in the pictures that CBB chose to purchase. There are also some pics of Shiloh on Just Jared, but they were from earlier in the day. She did, as another reader pointed out, look as though she had been swimming like the rest of them, so I’m guessing it was naptime for her.
Oh, and Kait- Very good point about them possibly adopting from Haiti! I never even thought about that. However, I sort of think they might actually adopt from Namibia. Not only was Shiloh born there, but Namibia holds lots of meaning for the J-Ps, especially Angie. It is in the same continent Zahara was adopted from, and it was also there that Angie first took custody of Maddox. It is also, of course, Shiloh’s birthplace (and I’m guessing may be the birthplace of their new baby as well.).
