Laila Ali on staying fit during pregnancy
Champion boxer and American Gladiators’ host Laila Ali attended Sound Body Sound Mind’s Celebration of 50 Schools Gala at The Beverly Hilton on Friday, April 18th in Beverly Hills, CA. The 30-year-old was also recently interviewed at NBC’s summer press preview and talked about her fitness as a mom-to-be.
I’ve been spinning, not toostrenuously, walking and doing some Pilates to keep in shape throughthe pregnancy. I’ve been blessed to have this easypregnancy.
She also talked about how she has had no morning sickness or cravings, which is a surprise to her.
I was worried about that because I like to eat, so far that hasn’t happened.
Laila is married to former football player Curtis Conway; their baby boy is due the first week of September. In the extended post, she appears with Curtis and his children, 13-year-old twin sons Cameron and Kelton and 9-year-old daughter Leilani.

Spinning?? while pregnant??? wow, I never thought I would hear that.. I mean it’s ok to be active during pregnancy, but spinning? These celebrities really do live on another planet..

I’ve known many non celebrity pregnant women who kept up with spinning while pregnant. As long as your doctor ok’s it why not continue your pre-pregnancy routine? Spinning is actually great because you decide your own intensity of workout, you just have to listen to your body

Laila has flawless skin,like most people of that complexion or those who have black skin. The baby will be beautiful.
