Anna Friel puts a hold on future baby plans
Actress Anna Friel has told InStyle UK magazine that she is putting her plans of having more children on hold because it would cause too much disruption for her Pushing Daisies character Charlotte "Chuck" Charles, who is awakened from the dead, but to stay alive must never touch the love of her life again.
I can’t right now. I’m not sure how they would explain my character on Daisies getting preggers when her leading man can’t actually touch her. What am I? The Virgin Mary?
"When you’re a mother, life just changes," explained Anna. She is mum to daughter Gracie Ellen Mary, 2 ½, with her long-term partner David Thewlis, 45, who at 6′4" has passed on his height to his little girl.
She’s the tallest child ever! It almost looks comedic ‘cos she’s literally half my size. I’m just petrified that when she gets to nine, she’ll have totally overtaken her 5′4" mother!
She’s the most loving child. I just tell her how beautiful and lovely she is, and how much Mummy loves her. We’ve got this thing now: I go, ‘Guess what?’ and she goes, ‘Love you.’

However, the 31-year-old did admit to wanting "another two, probably" in the future. She’s trying to curb a few bad habits first though!
I said by the time I’m 30, I’ll have stopped smoking. And I still swear too, though I really have to watch that around Gracie– that’s not a good look, to be a swearing mother!

I have a similar kind of thing that Anna has with Gracie- I’ll say to my son, ‘You want to know something?’ and he’ll say, ‘What, Mummy?’ and then I’ll say, ‘ You really want to know?’ and then he’ll say ‘Yes, I really want to know’ and then I say ‘ I love you, baby.’

She could’ve had a kid over the winter cos the show’s been on hiatus forever….
Anyway, my mom used to say something similar. When I was little, if I ever tried to backsass or argue with her, she’s say, “You can argue with me when you can look me in the eye.” At 5′7, she assumed she was pretty safe. Little did she know that I’d be eye-to-eye with her when I was 11. LOL At that point, she had to change her stance and say, “I meant it metaphorically!”

I absolutely love anna friel, she is so funny and i love her tv show, and her little girl is so adorable.
It’s so funny to hear of her little girl’s height, i was just thinking that, kids today are getting sooooo tall they don’t look their age anymore i mean what are you fedding them? LOL.
Anyway, i’m proud of my 5′3” and as they say “good things come in small packages”
