Glad to see the name Jolie is still being used as a given name.

That’s fantastic, what a beautiful name. I love Sean Patrick Thomas and I think they’ll make a very cute family.
They’re likely to get lots of comments on the middle name though; an unusual name that a famous person already has always does! Angelina was given the name ‘Jolie’ as a middle name as well, it only became her surname later.

Ooh, I love her name. Every last part of it. I’ve never been a huge fan of Lola (well, I like it, but I wouldn’t use it), but Lola Thomas sounds adorable, as does Lola Jolie. I love the name Jolie as a middle name… I’ve thought about using it, as well. Granted, I’m not having kids for awhile… but still, I like to think about it.

My name is Jolie (im French) and you have no idea how ANNOYING it is for people to always comment on the “Angelina Jolie” thing, esp since I dislike her (yes I know most of you are crazy about her, but I dont see the fascination) Its their choice, but when you give your kid a name like Elvis or Marilyn or anyother unique famous name, the kid will hear it all.
Mind you my name was give long before the actress became a public figure, but still, it drives me nuts.

To Joelle, you don’t know how annoying it is, to hear catty jealous women off the cuff say they ‘dislike,’ Jolie (Angelina). That’s the last person I would get annoyed with sharing my name. The fact that you do, says a lot about who YOU are. Yeah, I so dislike Moms who share 1/3rd of their income with those less fortunate and travel the world as a tireless UN Global Ambassador for refugees, making people aware of situations like Darfur, Rape in the Congo, Iraqi refugees (60% of whom are babies and children), and whose Jolie-Pitt foundation gave 8 million to those in need last year. If you “dislike” Angelina, who do you REALLY hate? Mother Theresa? Excuse me, but I am beyond tired of envious women with attitudes about this woman, who has grown up, is a fine actress and gives back to people all over the world. How any woman, at least one who is not some ardent Jennifer Aniston fan that is (now there’s one that leaves me scratching my head – and maybe THIS explains your attitude)can dislike someone like Angelina, is beyond me. I save my dislike for despots, dictators, murderers, rapists and mean nasty people in general. Not for compassionate, generous philanthropist/actress Moms. Your ‘dislike’ for someone so beautiful and caring who is a tireless UN Global Ambassador speaks volumes about you.
