Actress Melissa Joan Hart held sons Mason Walter, 2, and Braydon "Brady" Hart, 11 weeks, at The Playroom’s first anniversary celebration benefiting Friends of the Family on Wednesday, May 28th in Sherman Oaks, CA. The 32-year-old was the hostess for the day. Dad is Course of Nature’s Mark Wilkerson.

I’ve taken to watching Sabrina the Teenage Witch every day now… I can’t get over how much her life has changed in just a little bit of time!
The boys are adorable! Love MJH!!! She is so awesome and is very lucky to have a wonderful husband and two wonderful boys
