Cute kid! Great to see him in a helmet. His look is priceless.

I saw a preview this morning for 20/20 where Sarah talks about the harassment of the paparazzi and how they can’t do anything with their child without a camera in their face. I think the interview airs tonight.
It makes me feel guilty reading CBB and other websites – how much do we really need to see of celebrity’s children if it is intruding on their life? I think the celebrity is fair game, after all we are the ones watching their tv shows and buying their movies tickets, but should their children be allowed to be children? I’ve started to back away from many websites lately because I feel it’s just too much intrusion on someone’s personal life.

I am so glad to see that he has a helmet! My daughter is recovering from a skull fracture and small brain bleed after riding her bike without one. We had just had the tire fixed and she bolted off before putting her helmet on. She is doing well and is back in school, but it could have been a lot worse.

How cute! I’ve heard his nanny is Brazilian, so maybe that’s why he’s wearing that cell phone cord. Probably a gift from her.

finaryn- glad to hear that your daughter is doing better. My son hurt his spleen playing football a few years back now and it was most horrible on me.
Saying that, I am glad that he is wearing a helmut too. I ride horses and I always wear a helmut..things happen in a second.
I saw SJP on Kelly and Regis yesterday and she was gushing about her son. I just had a baby and I can remember going to the doctors for a 6 week and the doctor was asking me about me and I couldn’t take my eyes off of him. I looked up after a while and just said “huh?” She laughed and I had to apoligize and tell her that I have just fallen in love.

Amy, I completely agree with you. Look at his face; he’s not happy. Imagine what it feels like to have those paps in your face when you are just trying to be a kid and have fun. Invasive and gross. Not cool.
I originally started visiting CBB because I wanted to know which celebs were pregnant, when they were due, and if they had anything interesting to say about parenthood – I never wanted to see pics of scared little kids. As far as I’m concerned, CBB should stop posting paparazzi pics of kids. Just post news, interviews, and parent-approved photos (like People mag covers, etc). It would be a much better site, and one I’d visit again. As it is, I don’t feel good about coming here anymore.
I hope you will publish this comment – I mean no disrespect and am just giving my honest reaction. Maybe it’s worth re-thinking your policies here?

Yes, I heard she saying once that her nanny was from Brazil.

I agree with Amy’s post above. Every time there is a post of [insert celebrity's name here]’s child going to/being picked up from school, it feels too intrusive. Teri Hatcher’s daughter, SJP’s son, etc. just in the last day or two. Great- glad the parents can assist but it’s not something post-worthy. These children should be in school every day but left alone to attend to their own business of learning.

I agree with Amy and Jen. I’d love it if these type of pictures were not posted here.

I just read that SJP is lauching a campaing for a mall here in Brazil and the mall opens tomorrow in São Paulo. Maybe is part of the gifts she got for this promotional add she is doing.
