I just read her interview highlights at people.com and I’ve gotta say, for once I’m pretty unhappy with people.

They cut out the positive starts and finishes of her sentences and it made the interview seem like she was complaining and being “weak”, a side I had never seen of her.

At least now it all makes sense!

I think is refreshing for a celeb to be so frank about single parenthood. Other celebs focus on the sexy side while Bridget is openingly admitting to Jack not coming as a part of some dream sequence. Also how hard it was to share the news with family, friends and etc. I highly commend her for her honesty and not bashing her son’s father.

No way this baby was the accident she claims! She was having sex for a looooooong time and with TB for 3 years with baby free sex, but just as they are having problems and heading for a breakup she ends up pregnant?!?!? Please, she knew exactly what she was doing and TB is completely justified in NOT being with her. She tried to frame him into sticking with her and even marrying her and he opted out. Not his fault he fell in love and fell in love hard with a hotter, younger, more successful woman in Gisele. The jealousy Bridget has is pretty much on the surface, she can’t even hide it in an article in which she is trying to sound all strong and on the up and up. Fact is the woman, if she really put her son first, would not have posed him as an infant on OK! with a deragotory Daddy headline and then give their son her last name. Especially when the Daddy is Tom Brady, a superstar althlete, that is not right. Also, why move to LA so far from him to see the baby? Also far from her own family/parents who live right near Tom in Massachusetts? Ever since she ran to Tom to tell him of the ‘accident’ in which he still told her that he did not want her, she has tried to punish him. Furthermore, he moved on fast with Gisele and that sent her in a maniac tailspin to which this day she is still riding. Sad and embarrassng. Doesn’t she realize that the only reason HB would even interview her is due to the Tom Brady angle. Whether Tom knew about the pregnancy before or after getting together with Gisele, it was tacky for him to get with her so soon after a breakup of a long term relationship. I don’t think it was even a month after Bridget. That is a slimy thing to do in my opinion.

Personally I think people should stop judging about a situation they don’t know about. Neither Tom or Bridget has trown with mud, so we shoul aplaus them both. This cannot be said about Denise & Charlie.

Alisa (and others wondering): Jack is a nickname for John because -kin was a common nickname suffix in the Middle Ages (much like -ie or -y is now). A man named John would be nicknamed Jankin/Jenkin (which is where the last name Jenkins comes from), and that was modified to Jackin and then shortened to Jack.

I loved the pictures of her in HB. Somehow she manages to pull off being sexy and a homebody at the same time. She looks like the type of woman any man would want to come home too. I thought she sounded honest without complaining. It looks like she has her priorities straight and is focused on being a great mother. I’m sure she will find real love soon. Can’t wait to see more pictures of little Jack.
