Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott welcome daughter Stella Doreen
Actress Tori Spelling, 35, and her husband Dean McDermott have welcomed their second child together. Daughter Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13 pm PT today, Monday, June 9th, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. She weighed 6 lbs, 8 oz, is 19 and 3/4 inches long, and her middle name is after Dean’s late mother. Tori’s rep stated,
She’s a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably.
Stella joins big brothers Liam Aaron, 15 months this week, and Jack, 9, from Dean’s previous marriage.
The pregnancy was rumored in January, but Tori never officially confirmed — instead, she was photographed with her pregnant belly out! She revealed the sex in March and posed for the cover of People. In May, Tori celebrated her baby shower.
The third season of their show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, premieres Tuesday, June 17th at 10 pm on Oxygen.

My grandma’s name was Stella. I think its a great name and its nice to see it coming back into style! I might use it on my daughter one day! Congrats to Tori, Dean, Liam & Jack.

Congrats to them – Stella Doreen is a great name with an almost southern ring to it! I really like it and it fits in with their growing family very well. Nice way to pay respect to their parents.

Congrats to Tori, Dean, Jack and Liam, I love this family. I knew they would confirm the name soon after the birth, they are cool like that lol. Stella goes well with Liam, and it’s great both kids have names of their grandparents. Can’t wait to see a picture of her. Looks like in touch was right, a c-section planned for june 9th.

Love LOVE the name. I was really thinking they might go with Erin – a nice Irish name and a way to honor her father. But with Liam’s middle name being Aaron, that kind of gave Daddy spelling a living memorial!

I am so happy for all of you. Now your family is complete. With the babies, and the new house both of you must be very happy.
I got to meet Tori at a book signing at The Grove. I loved the book. I told Tori she was having a girl. I am always right. I don’t know why, but I do have a 50/50 chance of being right.
I gave Tori my dog sitting card. I have just retired from working over 33 years at a major medical center in LA.
My husband and I wish Tori and Dean all the best wishes in the world.

I say congratulations to Tori. Not Dean. I dont have much respect for a man that will claim his two sons Liam and Jack but throw away his daughter Lola. Dean and his first wife adopted Lola and I guess since she is not his biological child she doesnt count in his eyes. Shame on you Dean!

Congrats to the happy family. I watch your show every week and its REAL about love, marriage, children, friends, families and all the drama. The very ups and the very downs.
Dean, the love you show Jack when he is with you, will last a lifetime of distance. The guilt you feel will never go away but if you believe in the choices you’ve made, it will dim with time.
