Nicole Ari Parker “so in love” with her children
Since becoming a mom to Sophie Tei-Naaki Lee , 3, and Nicolas Neruda, 19-months, Nicole Ari Parker says that she’s become increasingly concerned about "our spiritual well-being as a human race." Her children with husband Boris Kodjoe help to not only keep Nicole grounded, but also to remind her "what really is [the] priority" despite her burgeoning acting career. She recently told Essence,
I’m just so in love with my children and I feel like they have stretched me places where I never knew I could go. I’ve got so much responsibility now with my marriage, my children and my career. I feel like a better person because I have to be.
One thing Nicole said she definitely is not is pregnant. Recent rumors that the 37-year-old actress was expecting the couple’s third child were dismissed by Nicole, who lamented "I have one little pooch-y stomach in a picture and all of a sudden I’m pregnant." She added,
I’m like, ‘This is how women become anorexic.’ Can a sistah not suck in her stomach for one moment, please?

I really like Nicole and Boris. I read a little more of the article on another sight and she seems like someone that I can relate too. I can’t say that often about celebrities.
I think that people should really get off of this baby watch thing. I can only imagine how insulting it is for people to spread rumors that you’re pregnant when you’re actually not. I think that it would bother me a little more than it seems to have bothered her. Anyway, they have absolutely beautiful children, to no surprise. I wish them success in everything.

Both Nic & Boris are great looking, love and respect each other. Congrats on all their successes. Sophie & Nicolas are lucky.

Thanks for the link to the interview. I’m a big fan of both Boris and Nicole. And those kids of theirs are absolutely beautiful.

They seem like great parents! Loving to each other and with their children.
Boris and Nicole are also doing a lot of great work with Spina Bifida Assn (Little Sophie has birth defect).
