Melissa Joan Hart and family beat the heat
Actress Melissa Joan Hart, 32, and husband Mark Wilkerson, 31, took their boys — Mason Walter, 2 ½, and Braydon ‘Brady’ Hart, 3 months — to Zuma Beach, CA on Sunday in an attempt to battle the hot temperatures further inland. In response to your comments, Melissa tells us,
Mason was in a swimmer diaper, but Brady wasn’t in the water. It was way too rough. I just stepped out of the shade with him to take a family photo and wet down his hat to keep him cool.

Mark, the hubby, is so attractive! And Melissa is so normal looking – just like any other new mom, not trying to prove anything. I think that’s great.

aww they are absolutly adorable! My boyfriend has 3 kids one is 3 months one is 2 and the other 6 and the two younger look exactly like brady and mason!

I LOVE MJH. She is so real, and so normal. She is not afraid to be seen as herself, and I am so glad to see a celeb mom out there who is not pressured into being a size 0 after having a baby. She looks FABULOUS, and I think she is a beautiful mom! The kids and hubby as usual, are handsome!!!

Re: swim diapers… sorry for being explicit, but I thought they’re only *supposed* to hold in the poop and not the pee! (I don’t know how it would be possible to have a swim diaper that could get wet and hold in pee at the same time ;o) But I agree, they’re annoying to use for that reason, because whenever you’re holding your child out of the water you’re in danger of getting peed on!

love a day on the beach when it is hot, except when there’s miles of bodies to cross over to get to one’s spot! poor melissa, her acne is still really bad!

Oh I love these photo’s! They look so wonderful together, I have always loved Melissa. I looked up to her when I was younger. When I see her like that, all happy with the family, I can’t wait to have a family of my own. Oh, and just like Southern Girl asked, does any one know about her swimming suit? I love it!

DLR – she has one spot on her cheek, that’s far from bad! I have 3 right now – on my hairline, my chin, and my cheek. Just part of the hormonal wackiness when you’re pregnant and postpartum – my son is 4 months and things are still off for me!

I hate to say this but that baby should be covered up!
Babies less that 6 months old should only wear sunscreen (and specfic kinds like Bluelizard, not your everyday run of the mill coppertone) as a last resort… First choice is to use barriers such as clothing!!!!
My son is 14 months old and he still goes in the pool with a tshirt on, even with suncreen!
