Kat, I was thinking the same thing…once again criticism. I really think Courtney was probably in the midst of getting him in or out of the car. I know there was a pic of her not too long ago misusing the Bjorn but this one looks like she just got snapped at the wrong time. WHY do people have to criticize so darn much here! Jake is adorable!

It always makes me laugh when people critisize. I’m assuming just like the other people said that she was probably ready to get him out and put him in the car but stopped to take a photo.

Anyway, I’m inlove with that little baby! His chubby little feet are soooooo cute!!!

RIsa….I totally agree with you. I am a big user of the bjorn with the children that I nanny and I always cringe when I see a parent (celeb or not) using it incorrectly. Although star wise I have noticed that courtney thorne-smith and Gabby Reece both make the same mistake. It just makes me nervous because it totally compromises the safety of the carrier. I use it with a 3 month old and I’ve used it with an 18 month old and both have had their arms correctly where they belong so no need to say things like “well he’s too long for his arms to go in there” or “he wants his hands”lol.

No offense to Courtney, but it always bugs me a little when I see parents (celebs or not) carrying their children incorrectly in the Baby Bjorn. It says very clearly in the instructions to always have the baby’s arms in the arm holes, and it is unsafe to not do so.
