Amy Poehler Toasts Emmy Nom with Ice Cream
When Saturday Night Live comedienne Amy Poehler learned of her Emmy nomination on Thursday, the expectant mom did what any pregnant woman would do: "Ice-cream shots!"
"It’s super hot," added actor-husband Will Arnett, 38. "So it [celebrating] will be a lot ofstaying indoors, getting ice cream, and keeping cool."
Amy, 36, nominated as an Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her various roles on the weekly variety show, says her brother joked that "when they announce the nominees [during the Emmy telecast in September] I’ll take up two ofthe five boxes." Due with a delivery surprise in the fall — "I think it drops in October," claims Arnett — the couple share that they "are very excited" about their impending arrival.
