Anne Dudek: “I’m Having a Baby!”
"I’m having a baby!" Mad Men star Anne Dudek was happy to break the news at the show’s season two premiere in Los Angeles Monday evening. The 33-year-old former House actress is just under five months along and has been enjoying "cheese and sleeping … that’s my life these days!" Anne, who also has a role on HBO’s polygamist drama Big Love, joked that she doesn’t believe her increasing size will be an issue on-set.
The thing is I haven’t been that pregnant while I’ve been working on House or Mad Men or Big Love, but Big Lovewe’re going to be filming for a while and I’m starting to get a littlebigger now — but all those polygamist women are pregnant all the timeanyway!
Due in December, this will be the first child for Anne and husband Matthew Heller, a painter.

Congrats to her! I hated her on HOUSE too…till the sad sad end of course! So it’s cool to see her as a “person”, and a very cute bump, very low. It looks big to me, for five months, but I know all bumps are different:)

I think her character was meant from the beginning to die. A pregnancy would have been a great storyline for Wilson.

Yeah, the finale of HOUSE was originally supposed to be the Superbowl 2 parter, so CTB would have been dead a lot sooner if not for the writers strike.
Anyway, she looks great and I love her with long her. I hope everything goes smoothly for her.

haha yah i knew she died, i just didn’t want to say it on here in case someone hasn’t gotten around to watching it on tivo yet. :-p i just am assuming that’s why they killed her off. i think there could have been more character development with the “nice” “cut-throat b****”.

Why would they kill her character off for being pregnant? They could have hidden it or worked it into the plot.
