P’Kolino’s Modern Children’s Furniture Now at Babies R Us

Back in November, we raved about P’kolino’s modern children’s play furniture that is designed with how children play in mind. Now we’re psyched that five of their pieces are available at select Babies R Us stores and babiesrus.com! And at a lower price!

Since we last wrote about them, they’ve introduced three new products, which are included in the at Babies R Us collection. The collection includes the Convertible Toddler Bed ($160), Playfully Smart Wood Table & Chair Set ($100), Playfully Smart Children’s Desk ($80), plus the Little Reader Soft Chair (which comes in red and orange, $70),  and Silly Soft Seating ($40).

I’m totally liking the Toddler Bed (above). Like all of their pieces, which are designed to grow with your child, you’ll be able to get years of use out of this bed because it’s a bed AND a chair. Whether you’re tight on space, need seating for little guests, or once the bed is outgrown, the bed can be folded into a chair, futon-style. Standard-sized crib mattresses fit into the frame and it also comes with a pad for when it’s used as a chair.

Parents who have modern tastes will probably appreciate that the Silly Soft Seating complements their decor more than, say, the "Giggle and Shake Elmo Spin Chair." It combines a toy with modular toddler seating in four designs looselybased on animals and named after the designers’ children.
