Chris O’Donnell’s Daughter Wants to Follow in his Footsteps
Actor Chris O’Donnell was excited when the opportunity came along for him to star in the movie Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, because he wanted to make something that his kids — Lily Ann, 8 ½, Christopher Eugene Jr. (a.k.a. Chip), 7 ½, Charles McHugh (a.k.a. Charlie), 5, Finley, 2, and Maeve Frances, 7 months – could watch. That could be a good thing as "Lily claims she wants to be an actress." Even though she has expressed an interest, Chris wants to teach her that "it’s a different game when the camera shines." Despite the good and bad sides to being in Hollywood, the 38-year-old is thankful that even though "I am away at times for long stretches, and I do really miss my family," that there is an opposite to that.
When I am home, I am home for long stretches at a time as well, and I have more time with my kids then one can imagine. I love it.
Chris and his wife Caroline Fentress have been married since 1997.
