I don’t think her shirt is as bad as it seems. It’s most likely a result of the photograph – it’s called a “moire” pattern that happens when certain patterns are filmed, photographed, scanned, etc.
Poor thing probably had no idea her striped shirt, when photographed would result in her having a “bullseye” on her belly.

hmm… I actually think that they’re having a girl. Anyway, they are a cute couple!
