Violet Affleck Treated to Toys
Actress Jennifer Garner took smiley daughter Violet Anne, 2 ½, toy shopping at Brentwood Country Mart on Tuesday afternoon. Jennifer, 36, who is pregnant with her second child, gave photographers a quick glimpse of her growing belly while exiting the store. She and husband Ben Affleck expect their new addition this winter.

They are just the cutest ever. When Jen wears a tight top her belly looks smaller. I wonder when she’s actually due.

Violet looks like such a bundle of fun. She’s always smiling. It’s nice to see. I can’t wait to see a photo of her with her little sibling when he/she comes.

haha I have to agree with the last poster–because i totally missed this post too…haha Violet is just the cutest little thing and I adore that smile…and Jen is gorgeous as ever and i love that little belly she’s got–this is by far the pregnancy I am most excited about–I cannot wait to meet Vi’s baby brother or sister =)) adore this family!

how funny would it be if they had another little girl? Then the Damon’s and Affleck’s would both have two daughters! So cute.

She is such a cutie pie! When i saw this pic, i just thought of Perez Hilton’s comments (yes, i look at his website occasionally *cough*) that Violet seems like “just a happy person with a good disposition” LOl so true, she is always smiling and seems so happy. Adorable!

Wow, Violet is so cute, I love her smile. This family seems so happy. Can’t wait for the new baby.
I also missed this post, but I think it’s because it wasn’t posted in order ( maybe a little problem from the website) because I come here at least 7 or 8 times a day and I missed it.

I think you’re right, Steph. This is my 3rd time today on the site and I caught about 3 or 4 posts that were tucked in between posts I’d already read previously today. I don’t know what the deal is about that!
Violet has the BEST personality! She seems so comfortable around the pap’s, which is good because they’re a part of her life, like it or not. She’s decided to like it! I can’t wait for this new baby of theirs!

I have noticed that sometimes newer posts aren’t showing up at the top of the page but are sometimes pushed down the front page or to the 2nd page.
Violet does seems to be an extraordinarily good-natured child and her mother seems to be the same way.

Awww Violet is such a pretty little girl and I couldn’t be happier for them! Jen doesn’t look to happy here, she actually looks pissed. She’s in great shape, I also wonder how far along she is.

Hopefully Jen will slip again and accidentally tell us the sex of the baby before they’re born. Probably not though, she looked pretty mortified when she said “she” on the Letterman show when she was pregnant with Violet.

I searched for this post yesterday and couln’t find anything here. I knew about because other sites had it. I can’t go very many days without new pics of Violet. She has a way of putting a smile on my face like nothing else in the world. I just love her. She is so delightful. Jen is looking cute as well with her little baby bump.

I reckon isn´t good for the pregnany either, at some point, carrying all that weight…
V is not a baby anymore and therefor should stop being treated like one! specially with a lil baby sis or bro on the way!!!!!!

Violet looks so happy! She is adorable and her smile is definatly infectious.
It’s nice to see the paps dont scare her – she’s rarely seen without that big grin directed to the cameras!
As for the walking thing. Especially with the paps about, its easier to carry the child (the Jolie-Pitts do it alot and have been slated for it too). Whenever I’m out and about with my cousins, they’ll walk so far and then get tired – especially if we’ve been shopping or to the park.
The further into the pregnancy Jen gets, the more likely it is she won’t carry Violet – but you never. =)

I don’t get the comments about the walking. I carried my 3 year old daughter around when I was heavily pregnant, I don’t see the issue?
I think for celebs it is hard going anywhere, the paps are often flocking around them and holding your child is probably safest.

She really is a cutie pie. I love that big smile of hers.
I carried my oldest around while pregnant with my second. He was 2 turning 3 when I had my second. Unless directed by your doctor for medical reason, or you feel strained, there’s no reason you have to stop carrying your other child if you don’t want to. My older one periodically still asks to be picked up, not to be carried but just to see or for hugs etc. He’s pretty heavy but I try to oblige him. There only little once so I figure why not.

I’ve thought little Violet was the cutest baby almost since she was born. Everyone has hit the nail on the head about her – she looks like the happiest little girl in the entire world! And with Jen and Ben as such doting, loving parents, why wouldn’t Violet be the happiest child ever?!!? I’ve been hoping and hoping they would get pregnant again soon, 3 years is a perfect age difference! Not to mention both the Affleck’s and the Damon’s children are months apart, as the 2 still in the oven will be which I just think is so cool.
As far as Jen carrying Violet, I feel sure she gets lots of exercise running around where Jen and Ben feel that it’s safe for her. If I were a celeb with the paps following me 24/7 and I had a young child, I would carry them too. You just cannot be too safe these days, and with the paparazzi as crazy as they’ve become, as a parent you could never be sure one wouldn’t try to grab your child or get too close to snap a picture and scare your child to death! And as a couple of posters have said, unless there is a medical reason to prevent it, there’s no reason a pregnant woman can’t carry their older child while pregnant. I doubt Violet is heavy enough to put too much a load on Jen.
I just adore this family. I’ve always thought Ben and Jen were such a cute and perfect couple and when Violet was born, they just exuded so much happiness and so much love with each other and with their precious little girl. They all always look so darn happy and that makes me smile. This is one celebrity marriage I am really rooting for and would be just devastated if they didn’t stay married forever!
As cute as little Violet is, I do hope they have a boy this time!
Oh, the gap may fill in some with her permanent teeth, but will probably require braces to completely close it up. I think the gap in her smile is part of what makes her sweet smile just so darn adorable!!!!

Once you hit 20 weeks you really should not carry anything over 20 pounds which I am sure Violet is. My OB said no heavy lifting after that point, Jen will be at that stage soon I think if she is 5 months pregnant as reported. I think she carries her around the paps and I do not blame her one bit, have you seen what some of them look like? Her main job is to keep Violet safe and she does that. Violet could be smiling all the time because her Mom has got to explain all the people with cameras to her and maybe she gives her a funny scenario to think of so that is why she acts that way. I know that is what I would do.
