The Mocha Manual to a Fabulous Pregnancy DVD
The Mocha Manual, the black woman’s "everything" guide to pregnancy, will now be coming to a TV near you with the launch of their new Mocha Manual to a Fabulous Pregnancy DVD on August 15. Hosted and executive produced by Shon Gables, and based on the book by Kimberly Seals Allers, it features funny and informative segmentson fitness, medical matters, healthy eating, advice your best girlfriend would tell you, how to dress with style for less, nursery essentials, mental andspiritual wellness, getting your finances ready for your new baby, and newborn care. Celebrity moms like Spike Lee’s wife Tonya Lee and Grammy-winning gospel artist Deleon Sheffield join Shon to share their "been there done that" advice.
It will be available at walmart.com and Wal-Marts across the US.
