Julianne Moore Says Liv, Cal Don’t Perceive Her As Famous
When her two children — Liv Helen, 6, and Cal, 10 ½ — see her on the cover of a magazine, actress Julianne Moore says she usually tells them that it’s just "part of my job." But her other job, that of mom, keeps her pretty busy as well. During a recent interview with Wonderland magazine, Julianne, 47, shared that her schedule on that particular day was filled with things that had absolutely nothing to do with acting.
My babysitter’s sick and it’s the last week of school for my kids so they have concert things, singalongs, today there’s a pot luck –- it’s all nutty.
To her children, Julianne’s celebrity status is a non-factor. Cal, Julianne says, "doesn’t perceive me as being terribly famous…He thinks of Will Ferrell as being famous." She adds,
Yes he sees people take my picture and ask for autographs, but it’s a pretty low-key thing in our life.
Liv and Cal are Julianne’s children with husband Bart Freundlich, whom she married in 2003.
