Kiefer Sutherland Startled by Nemo
Despite playing a fearless counterterrorism agent on the hit show 24, Kiefer Sutherland says he has plenty to fear in real life. Even an outing to see the G-rated cartoon Finding Nemo with his daughter Sarah Jude, 20, left the 41-year-old actor shaken.
Suddenly this shark comes up trying to eat the fish. It just startled me and my popcorn went flying. My daughter was like, ‘Oh, Dad, that’s not even the scary part yet.’
But nothing scares Kiefer like the thought of "something happening" to his parents or his daughter, or of "being 3,000 miles away doing a film when someone gets sick."
The stuff that concerns my family…Those are the things that I think scare me the most.

I’m easily startled too!
Those scenes where someone or something pops up, or jumps out at you ALWAYS makes me jump in my seat & my heart race! LOL

How great is it that he is still “cool enough” for her to want to hang out with him!! Great story! Does anyone know if he has other children?

So funny that he can star in a gorefest of a horror film by one of the genre’s most ruthless directors (“Mirrors”) and gets freaked by a G-rated movie.

I love Kiefies so much! Sarah is his only biological child, but he considers his step-daughter, Michelle (Sarah’s half-sister) to be his child as well.
