Fox News Meteorologist Janice Dean Expecting First Baby
Fox News meteorologist Janice Dean and her husband Sean, a firefighter, are expecting their first baby together. Mom-to-be announced the news during an August 13th broadcast, and in a new blog she shares her journal entry from May 24, 2008 — the day she learned she was pregnant.
Having felt "under the weather" for several weeks, Janice says she woke up at 5 a.m. and decided to make the trip to her local 24-hour pharmacy for a pregnancy test. One digital test and a "gigantic bag of M&M’s" later, Janice returned home to "pee on a stick" and await the results as Sean slept nearby. "Finally…PREGNANT. I can’t believe it. Is this for real?," Janice wrote of her reaction. She adds,
I’m shocked, happy, scared, insecure, blessed, and wondering how the next 9 months are going to go…and how on earth I will take care of a small little person? I guess we’re about to find out!
Baby-on-the-way, a little boy, is due in January.

Who couldn’t be happy for her? She’s a rare beauty and sweet soul.
Presumably though, the names Jimmy and James, have been taken off the table.

I love Janice too! She is so funny and sweet, not to mention strong and brave in the way she’s fighting her multiple sclerosis.

You are incredible. If you make a statement—I believe it. Your exception intelligence, personality, style and pure class is remarkable to watch and admire. Congratulations on the baby. Thank you for all you do.
