"I just LOVE him and love the fact that he has turned into such a wonderful actor, partner and father. Good for him. The pic with the two of them together just melts my heart. My hubby looks at me like that still and I treasure it because some women wish they could find a good man who will still look at them the same way they did years before."

"If you ask Violet what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done.' It's a great job!"

Dallas Stars Goaltender Marty Turco Welcomes a Son

Tags: Births, Dads, Video

Dallas Stars goaltender Marty Turco made his off-season a memorable one, after welcoming his third child — and first son — on Monday, August 18th. The baby boy, Finley Vincent Turco, was born at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, weighing in at 8 lbs, 5 oz. He joins big sisters Hailey, 6, and Katelyn, 4, at home.

In video footage shot by a local news station three days before the birth, Marty, 33, called his wife Kelly "a trooper" and "a great mom," adding, "she’s a lot stronger than I am…and I know that." Kelly, for her part, had nothing but praise for her husband, telling the news crew she "couldn’t ask for a better" dad for the couple’s children. Baby boy was a delivery surprise, and it wasn’t the only mystery of the big day. The couple opted not to choose a name for their son prior to his delivery. "We like to see the baby first," Marty said, "We’re kind of hoping [a name] just hits us right in the face."

Kelly admitted that she’s been feeling "a little pressure for a boy" — but noted that the pressure is "not from Marty," and is instead from other family members. Hailey and Kaitlyn certainly seemed to express no preference, however. According to Kelly, the girls were "so excited" to be big sisters, and Hayley added that she just wanted her new sibling — boy or girl — "to be healthy."
